Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are glad to inform you that from 28 May until the end of 2020 THE SYMPHONIC CONCERT/MOZART will be available on the VOD channel of the Polish National Opera. The concert was recorded on 21 July 2019 in the Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio of the Polish Radio, during the Polish Royal Opera festival.
The programme includes two wonderful symphonies by the genius of Vienna: the Symphony in D major “The Prague Symphony” KV 504 from 1786 and the two-year younger Symphony in E-flat major KV 543, being one of the three last symphonies written by Mozart before his premature death. In the Romantic period it gained the name Schwanengesang (Swan Song). You will hear these timeless masterpieces in the wonderful interpretation by the Orchestra of the Polish Royal Opera under the baton of Dawid Runtz.
