TICKETS
Tickets are available through the portal kicket.com (formerly ewejściowki.pl), in the tab WHAT’S ON, as well as at the box office at the event site.
At the Royal Theatre, in the Palace on the Isle in the Royal Łazienki Museum, and in the Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio of Polish Radio – the box office opens one hour before the event.
At the Royal Castle – the box office opens 30 minutes before the event. Viewers are allowed into the building no earlier than 30 minutes before the event.

Premiere opera performances: PLN 160 – regular, PLN 120 – reduced
Other opera performances: PLN 80 – regular, PLN 60 – reduced
Concerts at the Royal Castle: PLN 70 – regular, PLN 50 – reduced
Concerts: PLN 60 – regular, PLN 40 – reduced
Reduced ticket – pupils, university students under the age of 26, pensioners: upon presentation of a document confirming the right to a discount.
At the Royal Theatre, the Royal Castle, and in the Palace on the Isle in the Royal Łazienki Museum the seats are NOT NUMBERED.
We kindly inform you that latecomers will be seated only during the interval if there is one. Latecomers who were not allowed into the venue are not entitled to a ticket refund.
VOUCHERS
A voucher is an open ticket that can be exchanged for one single or double ticket for any event organized by the Polish Royal Opera (excluding premieres and closed shows).
VOUCHER price:
- PLN 80 – single open ticket
- PLN 160 – double open ticket

Vouchers are not subject to return and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unused tickets will not be refunded.

RESERVATIONS
Should it not be possible for you to purchase tickets online or for any other reason, you may book seats. In order to do this, please e-mail us the following information: your name and surname, number of seats, title and date of the event, and your contact number. Please send your message to the following address: organizacja.widowni@operakrolewska.pl. Tickets should be paid for on site of the event.
We only accept reservations containing all requested information.
