Ladies and Gentlemen,
The Polish Royal Opera invites you to another event organized as part of the nationwide action #StayHome – art will come to you. This time it will be the retransmission of the symphonic concert recorded on 4 April 2019 with the famous violinist – Jakub Jakowicz.

SYMPHONIC CONCERT / MOZART  will be made available on the YouTube channel of the Polish Royal Opera on 13 May at 19.00. During the concert you will listen to two great works by the Master of Vienna. The first one will be the Violin Concerto No. 5 in A major KV 219 from 1775. The solo part in this original, subtle, and sophisticated composition is played by Jakub Jakowicz, an outstanding Polish violinist, laureate of many awards and distinctions. In the second part, the Orchestra of the Polish Royal Opera will perform Symphony in E-flat major KV 543 under the baton of  Dawid Runtz . This work is one of the three last symphonies written by Mozart before his premature death. In the Romantic period it was labelled Schwanengesang (Swan song). We hope you’ll enjoy the concert!
