In order to answer your questions, we kindly inform you that the waiting time for the refund of tickets for cancelled events purchased through the eWejsciowki.pl portal may be prolonged to 180 days from the cancellation date. The waiting period was prolonged in accordance with the Art. 15 zp. 1. of the Act of 31 March 2020 amending the Act on specific solutions related to the prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases, and resulting crises and several other acts (Journal of Law 2020, item 568).

We are very sorry for your inconvenience. At the same time, we would like to inform you that refund of cost of tickets purchased at the Kiosk Kultury will be possible after the Kiosk in Krakowskie Przedmieście is reopened. We will inform you about the reopening of the Kiosk Kultury in a separate announcement.
