DIRECTOR ANDRZEJ KLIMCZAK BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE MUSEUM COUNCIL AT THE ROYAL ŁAZIENKI MUSEUM

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are pleased to announce that the Director of the Polish Royal Opera, Andrzej Klimczak, has become a member of the Museum Council at the Royal Łazienki Museum in Warsaw. On the 30th of January 2023, the ceremony inaugurating the four-year term of the Council was held. During the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Culture and National Heritage prof. Piotr Gliński appointed new members of the organization.

The Museum Council at the Royal Łazienki Museum supervises the institution’s cultural mission and obligations towards the art collections and society, in particular the achievement of the objectives for which it was established. The Museum Council, on the basis of the annual report, also evaluates the activities of the Museum and appraises the yearly action plan submitted by the director.
