Ladies and Gentlemen,
The 1st Bogdan Paprocki International Opera Singers’ Competition was held at Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz from the 16th to the 23rd of November 2025. The participants who qualified for the auditions were evaluated by a jury composed of outstanding artists with extensive international stage experience: Ewa Vesin, Agnieszka Rehlis, Tadeusz Szlenkier, Artur Ruciński, Rafał Siwek, and Magdalena Idzik.
We are pleased to announce that the Award of the General Manager of the Polish Royal Opera, granted by Magdalena Kaczorowska, was awarded to bass Wiktor Stajkowski. The artist has been invited to take part in a performance or concert staged by the Polish Royal Opera.
