Ladies and Gentlemen,
We are proud and happy to announce that on Wednesday, the 11th of September 2024, the Artists of the Polish Royal Opera will once again perform on the stage of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb. After the undisputed success of the concert with arias and duets from Georg Friedrich Haendel’s operas performed during OPERA GALA WEEK in June, the time has come to present the opera RINALDO directed by Jarosław Kilian.
The opera, considered one of the composer’s masterpieces of the genre, will be performed during the second edition of the Zagreb Opera Festival. Our outstanding soloists together with the Period Instruments Ensemble of the Polish Royal Opera Capella Regia Polona will be led by violinist Michał Piotrowski.
The presentation of Georg Friedrich Haendel’s opera RINALDO performed by the Polish Royal Opera at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb was co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as part of the programme Inspiring Culture.
