The Polish Royal Opera joins the nation-wide action #StayHome – art will come to you . You are cordially invited to watch online an extraordinary concert recorded in July 2018 during the Polish Royal Opera FESTIVAL, performed by the famous sisters – Olga Pasiecznik, a soprano and soloist of the Polish Royal Opera, and Natalia Pasiecznik – a great pianist.
Next Wednesday, 25 March at 19.00 the concert The Polish Poetry in the Palace on the Isle / Karol Szymanowski will be made available on the YouTube channel of the Polish Royal Opera. The concert will be available till Monday 30th March 19:00.
The concert consists of a selection of songs from two cycles by Karol Szymanowski: Children’s Rhymes op. 49 with texts by Kazimiera Iłłakowiczówna and Songs from Kurpie op. 58 with texts inspired by authentic folk songs. We hope you’ll enjoy the concert!
