Ladies and Gentlemen,We are very pleased to inform you that, starting in October, the position of Deputy General Manager of the Polish Royal Opera will be assumed by Marta Kluczyńska. A charismatic conductor with a rich operatic, ballet, and symphonic repertoire, she has already collaborated many times with our institution, leading performances and concerts. We are delighted that the team of the Polish Royal Opera will now include an Artist who constantly seeks new interpretative approaches and unconventional repertoire worthy of being presented to a wide audience.Marta Kluczyńska is a graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, where she studied symphonic and operatic conducting under Prof. Marek Pijarowski, as well as piano under Prof. Elżbieta Karaś-Krasztel. She expanded her skills and experience abroad, participating, among others, in the Hart Institute for Women Conductors at the Dallas Opera (2019) and in workshops organized by the European Network of Opera Academies (United Kingdom, 2010; France, 2011 and 2019). She is the conceiver and conductor of a concert series of forgotten Polish operas at the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera. She has also worked with other opera houses in Poland, as well as with many eminent symphony orchestras.

We wish her fruitful work at the Polish Royal Opera and enduring satisfaction from her role in our institution.
